Shipping & Delivery

MU Elegance currently delivers within Pakistan only.

Shipping charge

A flat shipping charge of Rs 200 applies to standard orders unless a promotion clearly states otherwise.

Order processing

Orders are checked and prepared before dispatch. Processing time may vary during weekends, public holidays, sales or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery time

Courier transit times vary by city and region. Major-city deliveries are generally faster, while remote areas may require additional time. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Please provide a reachable phone number and complete delivery address so the courier can contact you if needed.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number. If an order is returned because the address or phone information was incorrect or the parcel was repeatedly refused, additional delivery charges may apply before reshipment.

Order tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be shared after dispatch. If you need help with an existing order, use our Contact Us page and include your order number.
